Our Refund Policy

If your class is included in your membership, it is fully refundable until 12 hours prior to class start. After 12 hours, we will consider that spot taken regardless of whether or not you attend.
If you paid for a drop-in class, you will be refunded minus a 10% processing fee as long as you cancel 12 or more hours prior to class start. After 12 hours, that spot is considered taken regardless of attendance.
We do not add extra penalties for failures to attend. If you have an emergency, such as being in a car crash or your sister giving birth, please let us know via email and give us some amount of proof. We do not need a bunch of details, but we will do a 50% cost refund for drop-ins, while members will receive that option back.
Members who have opted for unlimited do not need to worry about refund policy for our regularly scheduled classes.

We treat our guests with respect, as they are carefully chosen for both skill as aerialists and as instructors. Refunds will be issued minus a 10% processing fee until the 36 hour mark. A 50% refund will be issued until the 12 hour mark. We cannot offer implementation of our email emergency policy on guest workshops at this time.

Due to the nature of offsite workshops, we can only give refunds until 36 hours prior to the event. A 10% processing fee will be taken. If there is an emergency, we will give a 50% refund between the 36 and 24 hour marks. Refunds are not given beyond the 24 hour mark, but we do permit emails that gift workshop spots.

Onsite workshops led by internal instructors can receive full refunds minus a 10% processing fee until 24 hours prior to the workshop. A 50% refund is available until 12 hours. We will provide a 50% refund after that 12 hour mark with an email and proof of emergency, such as a car crash or your sister giving birth.

Our preorder items are the only items that have a 100% refund availability. After the preorder date has passed, it will be treated as a regular purchase, regardless of whether it was preordered.
Online purchases will be refunded by 90% minus 10% processing fee, if the item has not shipped. We only issue refunds after shipment in exceptional cases. For example, if you can provide clear visual evidence that a package arrived damaged or at the incorrect location, we will issue a replacement. (Emailing us goes a long way in these instances.)

Due to the nature of our onsite purchases, we do not offer refunds. Please assess wearables for appropriate fitting prior to leaving the studio. While some big box stores may determine it to be acceptable to return clothing items, we do not have the staff to facilitate an additional laundry load.
